About Cam
Cam has been racing since he was 6 years old.
Cameron has been in love with cars, trucks and various forms of motorsports since he was 2 years old. As parents we made attempts to expose Cameron to more traditional sports, but he only showed minimal interest. Due to his love of cars and racing we decided to place him in a quarter midget training program. From the start, he showed more focus and drive on the race track than we ever saw on any court or field. We decided to make commitments needed to get him started in the sport because we wanted to give him the opportunity to pursue his passion for auto racing.
Over the past few years, Cameron has been racing competitively, locally and nationally. Here are some of his accomplishments
:
- Member of Kyle Keller Racing; will be driving late model in Las Vegas at the Bullring and Madera Speedway in 2023
- Youngest driver to be approved to run with pros at Madera Speedway (min age is 14 and Cam received permission to run pro at age 11)
- 2022 placed 2nd in the Jr Late Model series at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
- Races Microsprint at Dixon and Delta Speedway
- Experience with driving quarter midgets; micro sprints; bandoleros; and late models
- Won multiple championships and broken multiple track records during quarter midget career
- Cam is a Quarter Midget National Champion.
- He has participated in over 240 races and has reached the podium in over 90% of them.
Cam is one of the few African American stock car drivers in the country. At his young age Cam has accomplished so much in his racing career. Now he is showing the ability to compete on both asphalt and dirt at the highest levels of racing. Cam has the talent to fulfill his dreams of racing in NASCAR and is actively seeking support from sponsors to keep him on the track.
